The reason why great people are few and far in-between is because most people don’t even know what their passion is.  The moment I started investing in myself to find the high level support and taking a systematic approach to my business, my income went from 5 figures to 7 figures. I started to see just how much potential my business had and opportunities literally began pursuing me.  During this time Iron Heels was inspired by noticing a huge gap in the entrepreneur world for female empowered masterminds.  I was one of the only female entrepreneurs in so many rooms throughout the years and knew early on I would fix this one day. I have found my passion through creating a true sisterhood of support throughout business and life.

We believe that every single one of us has the ability to achieve incredible things and life is too short to waste the opportunity to make it happen.

Jamie Wooley, Founder of Iron Heels

To start off, I am first a mother of a beautiful 13 year old daughter, I am the wife of a successful entrepreneur and have the best mother and father in the world.  I am a closet introvert.  Some of my favorite things to do are laying by the pool, watching movies, being in nature,  watching my daughter play volleyball, listening to music and hanging out with my dog.  I do not cook, I love yoga pants and I am definitely not a morning person.  I may have a potty mouth but my faith and Love for the Lord is undeniable.

I have been of the entrepreneur mindset for as long as I can remember.  The status quo of going to school, getting a job and just being was so limiting.  To be clear there is nothing wrong with that, but for me it was never a satisfying thought.  There have been small steps in all different directions to bring me to where I sit today.

In late 2015 I decided I wanted to be in real estate, one day it just clicked.  Immediately without hesitation I got my license and started my very first flip.  I then stumbled across wholesaling all within a few months.  I will never forget the day I signed up for a wholesaling course in February of 2016 with a loan from my Dad.  This is where I learned the basics of wholesaling a house.  It took me seconds to realize if I could make $5k, $10k or even $30k on a house I could reach my goal of 6 figures in a year.  This is when my mindset shifted in a huge way and anything was now possible.

In the past few years I have successfully been able to go from having no knowledge in the real estate space to being the #1 Female Wholesaler in the Nation.  Typing this right now, is so unreal to me.  During this time I have wholesaled, flipped, held rentals and even added 1700 sq ft to a historic home all together totaling over 250 properties.  The desire in my heart to help others and continue creating new business opportunities led me to systematize my business.  My goal was to remove myself from the day to day and build a team.  To say it was easy is an understatement, but I did it.  I built a team of 15 people to which I owe my success, clearly our success.  Without my team none of what I am telling you would have been possible.  I took myself out of the day to day and only joined in on Tuesday meetings and the occasional high level problems.  One would think that would be enough, but for me it was far from it.

So what’s next?  As the top female wholesaler in the nation, I have consecutive years of 100+ houses, been on the cover of Think Realty Magazine, turned down HGTV not once but three times, have a 7 figure business and built a systematized team.  I achieved every goal I set out to and have now created new goals. It’s now about the “We” and the things that can be created for “Others” along with the legacy wealth to leave for our families.  We are on a mission to change the lives of so many people and create legacy wealth for as many as possible.  Each day is a new and exciting adventure and I am so blessed to see where it will lead.
